Crisis & Emergency Support
The Crisis Support module is a dedicated hub for managing critical incidents and providing immediate assistance to athletes in emergency situations.

Overview
In high-stakes sports environments, emergencies require rapid, coordinated responses. The Crisis Support portal allows staff to:
- Document and track critical incidents (e.g., severe injuries, legal issues, family emergencies).
- Define severity levels (Low, Medium, High, Critical) to prioritize responses.
- Maintain a secure, confidential log of actions taken to resolve the crisis.
Managing Incidents
Staff can log an incident by recording:
- Affected Player: The athlete involved in the incident.
- Category: The nature of the emergency.
- Severity: The urgency and impact of the incident.
- Description: A detailed, confidential summary of the situation.
Once logged, the incident appears on the Crisis Dashboard, where staff can update its status (e.g., "Under Review", "Resolved") and add timestamped updates to track the progression of the organization's response.
Emergency Contacts
During the Organization Setup process, administrators define a primary Emergency Contact (e.g., the Chief Medical Officer or Head of Player Care). This contact information is prominently displayed to athletes within their Player App, ensuring they always know who to call in the event of an after-hours emergency.
